Washing Guidlines 

1. Machine wash at 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Use a gentle cycle to protect the fabric and maintain its quality.
3. Use a mild detergent to avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the material.
4. Do not bleach the sportswear.
5. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can reduce the garment's moisture-wicking properties.
6. Do not tumble dry. Instead, air dry the sportswear to maintain its shape and elasticity.
7. Avoid ironing, as high heat can damage the fabric. If needed, use a low heat setting or consider steaming.

Following these instructions will help prolong the life and performance of your sportswear.
